Buyer pays shipping. Unfortunately our choice of repair company knew too little did not realize original unit was incorrectly wired. This unit is brand new. By the time we learned of mistake this unit was out-of-warranty and our window-to-return had past.

The unit was purchased by church I attend as a replacement. Everything shipped from original vendor is included. Unit weighs, on pallet board, approximately 80 pounds.
